6.3 HOW TO PAUSE A TREATMENT SESSION

It is recommended to pause the stimulation if you are changing body position
during a treatment session. If you wish to pause a treatment session, simply
press the On/Off button (
will indicate that the controller is paused (Fig. 19). To resume the session, briefly
press the On/Off button again. The display will return to the timer countdown
and the stimulation will begin again. However, if the session is paused for 2
minutes or more, the intensity will be halved when the session is resumed. This
safety feature ensures that stimulation does not feel uncomfortable when you
resume treatment.
You may switch off your controller at any time during a treatment session by
pressing the On/Off button for two seconds. The controller will power off and
your session will terminate.

6.4 FINISHING A TREATMENT SESSION

1. The treatment session is completed when the counter reaches zero. The
display will flash "00:00" (Fig. 20), stimulation is reduced to zero and the
controller will beep to indicate the end of the session.
2. Once the session is complete, switch the controller off by pressing the On/
Off button ( ) for two seconds.
3. Disconnect the leads from the controller and the shorts (Fig. 21).
4. If you are using the neck strap, you can remove the controller from around
your neck.
Note: If you do not switch the controller off, it will do so automatically after 10
seconds. However, if another button is pressed within this 10-second period,
the controller will remain on for 2 minutes, at which point it will switch off
automatically.

6.5 REMOVING THE SHORTS

1. Remove the shorts by pulling the waistband down. The shorts will be inside
out when they are removed.
2. Fold the shorts in half, ensuring that electrodes
