17. TROUBLESHOOTING

In the event of a malfunction when using the machine, before contacting a service center, carefully read the
following points.
PROBLEM
The machine does not work when turned on.
When turned on, the machine emits an
acoustic signal after several seconds.
Water does not come out of the group head
The coffee is dispensing too quickly.
When brewing, the coffee is not dispensing or it is
dispensing too slowly.
Hot water and/or steam does not come out of
the wands of the respective taps.
