For cappuccino with a lot of foam, a tall, narrow, container should be used, half-filled with milk. Immerse the
steam wand about 2/3cm into the milk. If the milk only needs to be heated, immerse the steam wand all the
way into the container.
WARNING: After using the steam, do not forget to turn the knob clockwise to close it off and
clean the wand (use a damp cloth to avoid getting burned).

To turn off the machine, go to page 3 and press the

13.1 PROCEDURE DURING POWER FAILURE

If the electrical power supply is interrupted, when the power returns, the machine resumes in the (idle-on/off)
state in which it was in at the time of the power failure.
Anything that was being dispensed will be terminated. All dosing data remain memorized.
From this first screen (page 3), click on the
coffees that have been dispensed:
- Total: Indication of the total number of coffees dispensed. Can be reset.
- Partial: Indication of the partial number of coffees dispensed. Can be reset.
- General totals: Indication of the number of coffees dispensed. Cannot be reset.
