DATA signal LEDs

visually indicate if the splitter input signal is adequate. During the establishment
of a call between the street panel and the corresponding terminal, both LEDs
must blink (riser input LED [INPUT] and riser output LED [OUTPUT]). During
communication between a panel and a terminal, the LEDs are lit. If during the
communication one of these LEDs blinks, it means the signal has been lost.
