Step 4:
1. Attach the left thread pivot shaft (55L)of pedal bar (39L) to hole of
running disc (48) and fasten it tightenly.
2. Do the same for right thread pivot shaft (55R)of pedal bar (39R) with
hole of running disc (48) connection.
NOTE: The pivot shaft (55R) is with right thread. Please tighten it
with clockwise. The pivot shaft (55L) is with left thread. Please tighten
it with counter-clockwise.
3. Put the pedal bar (39) at the pivot shaft (55) and secure with washer
(42) spring washer (76) and screw (5).
Step 5:
1. Put 3 carriage bolts (36) of foot pedal (37L) through foot pedal (37L)
and 3 holes of pedal bar (39L).
2. Fix with 3 flat washers (24) and 3 lock nuts (38).
3. Do the same for the other side foot pedal (37R) with pedal bar (39R)
assembly.
4. Mount protector (31)to both side of front end pedal bar (39R) and
secure with 2 screws (10) for each side..
5. Do the same for the other side pedal bar (39L) with protector (31)
assembly.
Step 6:
1. Put hand pulse sensor wire (17) be around the rear part of front
post (12).
2. Put oval handlebar (14) with 2 hand pulse (15), grips (18) to top
welded handlebar bracket of front post (12) and secure with 2
spring washers (76) and 2 allen head bolts (5). .
NOTE:
The pivot shaft (55R) is with right thread. Please tighten it
with clockwise. The pivot shaft (55L) is with left thread. Please
tighten it with counter-clockwise.
