ADVICE FOR POTENTIAL PROBLEMS
A09 safety thermal
(occurs when the safety thermostat, located against with the hopper, is tripped by overheating of the pellet hopper; to reset press
the red button on the right side of the stove after removing the protective black cap).
• Excessive pellet load in combustion chamber
• Stove/chimney flue dirty
A11 triac error
(occurs in the event of a board malfunction)
• Failure check carried out by technician
• replace the circuit board
A12 smoke extractor malfunction
(occurs when the circuit board does not read the smoke extractor revs; call CAT)
• Smoke extractor blocked
• Speed sensor not working
• Smoke extractor not working
• Smoke motor thermostat intervention
• No earth connection
• faulty circuit board
