STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

Storage
 Keep magfor II in a dry place
 Ensure that lever is in the deactivated position.
 Lightly lubricate the poles in order to avoid corrosion and keep the magnet lifter in a
dry place.
Maintenance
Maintenance inspections and operations must be performed by qualified persons and specialists.
Blow or use a soft brush on the safety locking device to clean it.

 Replace the magnet lifter safety locking device and working lever as soon as any
problem is detected (see instructions here after).
 Remove flashes and surface faults on the active poles using abrasive paper or a soft
file. If the active poles have large faults, they must be corrected by your supplier. Test
lifting capacity in accordance with Manufacturers procedures. Lifting capacity with
manufacturer procedure must exceed at least 3 times working load limit of the
magnet lifter.
 Any parts with faults must be replaced by TRACTEL SOLUTIONS spare parts (see
attachment)
Any deformed equipment must be immediately replaced.

 In case of any doubt, TRACTEL SOLUTIONS SAS can offer advice and repair service.
TRACTEL SOLUTIONS SAS declines all responsibility for the consequences of dismantling or
altering the machine by any unauthorized person. Specially excluded is the replacement of
original parts by parts of another manufacturer.
