Cleaning and maintenance

Wipe the trolley regularly with a damp cloth using a mild cleaning
solution.
The following cleaners and disinfectants are compatible for use
when cleaning the external surfaces of the trolley:
• Teepol Multipurpose detergent
• Actichlor Plus
• Bleach (1:10) (may also be known as 'dilute hypochlorite')
• Isopropanol
• Mikrozid
®
• Cavicide .

WARNING
A patient treated by mechanical ventilation is highly vulnerable
to the risks of infection. Dirty or contaminated equipment is a
potential source of infection. Clean the trolley regularly.
Storage
Ensure that the trolley wheels are locked during storage. Ensure the
Trolley is clean and dry before storing for any length of time.
Servicing
The Hospital Trolley is intended to provide safe and reliable operation
when used and maintained in accordance with the instructions
provided by ResMed. There is no servicing necessary during the
lifetime of the trolley.
