CHECKING THE IMPACT THRUST

The control board must be programmed to
respect the values indicated in Standard EN
12453:2000. All measurements must be made in
line with the method described in Standard EN
12445:2000.
• The Standard indicates that dynamic force
must be less than 400N.

FINAL CHECKS

Following installation and programming, start up the
system and check the devices installed.
1 Check the correct working of the key devices
(pushbutton and wall key, radio control).
2 Check the correct operation of the safety devices
(photocells or mechanical strips).
3 Place an obstacle and make the door collide with it
in order to check operation in the event of collision.
If the system does not work correctly, find out
why and put it right (see section "Failure
diagnosis" on page 53).

reduce the maximum thrust, the speed of the door, the
slow down speed, or increase the slow down distance.
Door speed: A20X
Slowdown speed: A30X
Slowdown distance: A40X
Maximum thrust in opening: A6-X
Maximum thrust in closing: A6X-
