– with DIP4 = ON: ST1 and ST2 are active: during
opening, pressing ST1 (or the transmitter) will
stop the door; pressing ST2 will stop and close
the door.
During alternative stop, pressing ST1 continues
with opening, whilst pressing ST2 will cause
closing (if the photocell shadow function is
enabled, ST2 does not have any effect).
During standby, the door closes by pressing ST2.

1 Connect the control board power supply.
2 Connect the main switch (SW1).

The correct operation of the operator and of the
complete system will only be achieved after
programming. However, prior to programming it
is necessary to check that all the elements work,
carrying out the checks listed below.

PROGRAMMING THE OPENING AND CLOSING RUN


The complete opening run of the door can be programmed using the ST1 mini-pushbutton, the wall key or the
transmitter.

Before making the programming, ensure there is no person, animal or object in the radius of action of
the door and the mechanism.

The operator thrust is regulated using the PM.A (opening) and PM.C (closing) potentiometers, as described in
"Switch and potentiometer settings" on page 51. Regulation can be done during programming or during
operation, and is valid both for programming and for operation.

The operator has sensitivity during programming, allowing it to detect obstacles and come to a stop. When the
following key command is received, reverse operation will take place at slow speed through to the limit switch
for the previous operation, remaining on standby for reprogramming.
Start programming mode


• DIP1=OFF and DIP2=OFF: dead-man mode
– with DIP4 = OFF (HPAC, dead-man mode in
opening and closing): the door opens by keeping
ST1 pressed down and closes by keeping ST2
pressed down.
– with DIP4 = ON (HPC, dead-man mode in
closing): the door is opened by briefly pressing
ST1 (step-by-step opening, with alternative stop
by pressing ST1, the transmitter or ST2) and is
closed by keeping ST2 pressed down.
3 Check the turning direction of the motor using the
mini-push buttons ST1 and ST2 (first place DIP1,
DIP2 and DIP3 in OFF).

If the direction of any motor is not correct,
interchange the connection cables (Turning1 and
Turning2) of the motor in the corresponding
connector.

Before carrying out any door movement,
ensure there is no person or object in the radius
of action of the
mechanisms.

Ensure that the limit switches are correctly set (see
the operator instructions manual).
1 Place DIP1, DIP2, DIP3 and DIP4 in OFF (Dead-Man
mode).
2 Close the door by keeping ST2 pressed down until
the closing limit switch (FCC) is reached.
3 Place DIP3 in "ON" (operation programming). The
position of the other DIPs is indifferent.
