For fitting foot fastenings HPC and profile
fastenings (centre supports) MUC:
1. First fasten all the plates (A) for the profile
fastenings on the base (e.g. machine
stand).
2. Place the DGCI with the dovetail profile
onto the plates (è Fig. 7).
3. Screw the fastening screws without
tiightening through the brackets (B) into
the profile fastening, so that the DGCI can
still be moved.
4. Push the drive in a longitudinal direction
until the desired fastening position is
reached.
5. If necessary, fix the DGCI with the foot
fastenings.
6. Tighten all fastening screws on the DGCI
equally with the following tightening
torques.

7. Make sure that the profile fastenings
lie outside the positioning range of
the slide 3 (especially with side
fastening).
In order to do this, push the slide 3 once
over the complete positioning path.
