PRE-OPERATIONAL CHECKS (DAILY CHECKS)

In order to prevent occurrence of troubles and accidents, the operator must know the condition of the machine at all times.
The pre-operational checks must be daily performed before start of the work.
1. Defect found on the day before.
2. Check around the machine for oil, water leakage.
3. Check for loose bolts, nuts missing of pins.
4.Check coolant level in reserve tank, and replenish.
5. Check fuel level.
6. Check engine oil, and replenish.
7. Check HST oil, and replenish.
8. Apply grease or oil to each part.
9. Check and adjust belt tension.
10. Check crawler tension.
11. Check battery liquid level.
12. Check radiator and oil cooler.
13. Check brake pedal stroke.
14. Check drive pedal operation.
15. Check alarm lamps and horn.
16. Check for burning-out, shorting, loose terminals of electric wiring.
17. Clean the wiring and engine.
18. Check labels.
19. Check seat belt and ROPS.
