I. INTRODUCTION
The FREELOX autonomous oxygen therapy system deli-
vers medical oxygen at a flow rate which is adjusted
according to a prescription. It consists of an assembly ma-
de up of two parts:
A stationary canister whose capacity is 20, 32 or 44 liters
which is mounted on a base with wheels to allow mobility.
This stationary canister makes it possible both to supply the
flow of oxygen of the prescription and fill a portable canister.
A portable canister whose capacity is 0.5 or 1.2 liters
which gives you total mobility with a substantial oxygen
autonomy (for example, seven hours of autonomy at a flow
rate of 2 liters of oxygen per minute with the 1.2 liter portable
canister).
In case of dependence of the patient with oxygen (24H/24
treatment), an emergency supplying procedure must be
provided by the distributor.

- Should the FREELOX system appear not to function
correctly under normal conditions of use, the distributor
(whose address must be given on the last page of the
current manual) is alone authorized to troubleshoot and
repair the system. Any attempt at repair by the user can be
harmful to his/her health or safety.
