t Disconnect the SiriusXM Connect tuner, and
connect it again.

The active channel has become unavailable.
t Check the SiriusXM channel map.
Invalid Parental Code
Passcode input failed.
t Check that the passcode has been entered
correctly.
No Signal
The service is stopped due to a signal interruption.
t Move to another area with better reception.
t Unplug the SiriusXM tuner, then plug it in again.
Requested channel not available.
• The active channel has become unavailable.
• The selected channel is not available.
t Check the SiriusXM channel map.
SXM instant playback buffer exceeded.
The point attempted to play back has not been stored
yet.
t Wait until the desired point of contents stored.
If these solutions do not help improve the situation,
consult your nearest Sony dealer.
If you take the unit to be repaired because of disc
playback trouble, bring the disc that was used at the
time the problem began.
