Preamble
For the purpose and interpretation of the present:
''client'' is the person who has acquired a BIONEST® treatment system, SA model;
''successors'' is any other person entitled to exercise the client's rights.
Nature of the warranty
During the first year following the date of purchase, Bionest offers a full warranty on labour for
SA-3 to SA-10000 models.
SA-3, SA-4, SA-5, SA-6, SA-6C27 and SA-6C32 models :
Media: TWENTY (20) years
Parts and components: FIVE (5) years
Periodic replacement parts*: TWO (2) years
SA-4000, SA-5000, SA-6000, SA-7000, SA-8000, SA-9000 and SA-10000 models:
Media: TWENTY (20) years
Parts and components: TWO (2) years
Periodic replacement parts*: ONE (1) year
*''Periodic replacement'' parts refer to air pump diaphragms, which must be replaced periodically,
according to model and surrounding environment. Cost of such replacement parts, beyond period
shown on this warranty certificate, will be invoiced to the client or his successors.
BIO-UV :
TM
Electrical parts and components, UV lamp and quartz sleeve: TWO (2) years, as of date of
purchase.
Lamps used within routine maintenance activities: ONE (1) year, as of replacement date.
Temperature adjustment device:
Temperature adjustment device connected to the BIONEST® system: ONE (1) year against any
manufacturing defect (excluding heating elements).
BIO-POMP :

BIO-PUMP , integrated to the BIONEST® system: TWO (2) years, as of date of purchase.
