Remedy
Check and, if necessary, reset
the inverted tooth chain tension
(see "Extending and altering
inverted tooth chain operation"
on page 70).
Adjust the shafts.
Ensure sufficient lubrication of
the inverted tooth chain.
Check the shaft/axle
arrangement.
Check the sprocket positions.
Replace the inverted tooth
chain (see "Disassembling and
replacing the inverted tooth
chain drive" on page 79).
Switch off the system
immediately!
Check and, if necessary, reset
the inverted tooth chain tension
(see "Extending and altering
inverted tooth chain operation"
on page 70).
Check the system/machine
control.
Check the shaft/axle
arrangement.
Check the lubrication status;
replace inverted tooth chain, if
necessary.
Check the suitability of the
