5 Care and Maintenance
5.1
Cleaning
The cover may easily be wiped down with a damp cloth when necessary.
The cover can be removed for laundering or providing access to the inside of the back for modification.
Open the zipper at the top and carefully remove the cover by releasing the velcro hook and loop
fasteners along the sides of the back shell. The zipper should be closed prior to laundering.
In the event of the cover becoming contaminated, please ask your Infection Control Officer for advice.
Alternatively, contact Invacare for their information on decontamination protocol.
