IMPORTANT!
Risk of damage!
• The power cables must be routed in such a way that they
cannot chafe, and they must not kink. If necessary, use a
cable sheath or a rubber cable feed-through.
• Install the gazzini mirror with LED daytime running light
so that it is protected from vibrations. In extreme cases,
vibrations can damage the LED circuit board.
• Ensure that the mirror never makes contact with any other
part of the vehicle (fairing, tank etc.) and does not impede
the rider in any way, even when the handlebar is turned to full
lock.

4 | Installation

4.1 | Preparation

Put your motorcycle on its stand and make sure it cannot topple over. Then
disconnect the battery by removing the earth (ground) (black cable). To install
the gazzini mirror, you will need to purchase a suitable thread adapter for the
existing lever assembly on your motorcycle's handlebar. The following adapters
are available:
• M10x1.25 right-hand thread (Order no. 10030259)
• M10x1.25 left-hand thread (e.g. Yamaha) (Order no. 10030260)
• M10x1.5 (e.g. BMW) (Order no. 10030261)

4.2 | Removal

Remove your existing handlebar mirrors and check the thread using a calliper
or thread gauge. Left-hand threads are generally identifi ed by a notch on the
hexagon of the nut.
