Store the not-yet installed gazzini handlebar ends in the original packaging in a closed room that is
protected against the weather and moisture.

6 | INSTALLATION

Choose the rubber bushing (4, 5, 6) which best suits the inside diameter of your handlebar. There
are rubber bushings with diameters of 12, 14 and 18 mm to choose from. Insert one countersunk
screw (2) into each handlebar end (1). Put a rubber bushing onto the countersunk screw (2) and
screw on a hex nut. Tighten the hex nut (3) so that the rubber holder can still be pushed into the
handlebar tube. Then put the handlebar end into the handlebar and tighten the countersunk screw
(2) with a hexagon key (size: 4). Repeat these steps for the handlebar on the other side. Ensure
that the throttle twistgrip is not blocked by the handlebar end. There should be 2 mm of free space
between the throttle twistgrip and the handlebar end. The throttle twistgrip should be easy to press
and should spring back by itself upon letting go. Shift the controls or the handlebar end slightly
if the throttle twistgrip is stuck. If everything is correctly aligned and the countersunk screw (2) is
securely fastened, attach the self-adhesive gazzini caps (7) via the top of the countersunk screw to
the handlebar end.
