TROUBLESHOOTING

Trouble
The motors do not work; no warning led turns
on.
The machine does not move.
The warning leds (81) fl ash simultaneously.
The brushes do not work, the red warning led
is on.
Insuffi cient recovery water vacuuming.
Insuffi cient solution fl ow to the brushes.
Marks caused by the squeegee.
NOTE
The machine cannot operate without the battery charger.
In case of battery charger malfunction, contact an authorized Service Center.
For further information, refer to the Service Manual, available at any Advance Service Center.

SCRAPPING

Have the machine scrapped by a qualifi ed scrapper.
Before scrapping the machine, remove and separate the following materials, which must be disposed of properly according to the
Law in force:
– Batteries
– Brushes/pads
– Plastic hoses and components
– Electrical and electronic components (*)
(*) Refer to the nearest Advance Center especially when scrapping electrical and electronic components.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The battery connector is disconnected.
The batteries are completely discharged.
The machine has been turned on by using the
ignition key and by keeping the paddle pressed.
The deck motor is overloaded.
The batteries are discharged.
The recovery water tank is full.
The hose is disconnected from the squeegee.
The vacuum grid is clogged or the fl oat is stuck
closed.
The squeegee is dirty or the squeegee blades
are worn or damaged.
The tank cover is not correctly closed, or the
gasket is damaged, or the compensation hole
is clogged.
The solution fi lter or the clean water fi lter is
dirty.
The tank is dirty (the drain hole is clogged).
Dirty/encrusted EcoFlex™ tank.
There are debris under the squeegee blades.
The squeegee blades are worn, chipped or
torn.
The squeegee has not been balanced with the
handwheel.

Possible Cause
Adfi nity™ 20D - X20D - X20C - X24D
Remedy
Connect.
Charge the batteries.
Turn the ignition key to "0" position, then try to
start the machine without pressing the paddle.
Use less aggressive brushes suitable for the
fl oor to be cleaned or avoid working with extra
pressure function turned on.
Charge the batteries.
Empty the tank.
Connect.
Clean the grid or check the fl oat.
Clean and check the squeegee.
Close the cover correctly, or replace the gasket
or clean the compensation hole.
Clean the fi lter.
Clean.
Drain.
Remove the debris.
Replace the blades.
Balance.
