Corrective action
Tighten pre-nozzle.
Replace air distribution
ring (see chapter 10.3).
Tighten air cap ring by
hand.
Clean gap.
Clean pre-nozzle and
material nozzle. Pay
attention to the groove
alignment with the
fixing pin.
Replace pre-nozzle
and material nozzle
(see chapter 10.1). Pay
