Tower Setup

The setup varies depending on the number of cabinets you are installing:

Slide the UPS and any optional EBMs into the rack.
Secure the units to the rack according to the rail kit instructions.
Continue to "Installing the UPS" on page 7 to complete the
installation.

For one cabinet, the pedestals must be installed. Continue to Step 2.
For two or more cabinets, the joining brackets must be installed. Skip
to Step 6.
Place the UPS horizontally so that the left end of the cabinet is
accessible (see Figure 6).
Slide and align the UPS pedestals with the screw holes on the end
of the UPS. Secure the pedestals with the screws provided in the
accessory kit.
