Per evitare il rischio di incendio o
esplosione non utilizzare benzina o
solventi infiammabili nelle operazioni
di pulizia dell'elemento filtrante contenuto all'in-
terno della scatola filtro.
Controlla ed eventualmente pulisci il filtro dell'aria (ve
di tabella di manutenzione). Se percorri frequente

mente strade polverose o bagnate, effettua le ope
razioni di pulizia più spesso. Per pulire il filtro spugna
procedere come segue:
• Svitare le viti (1).
• Rimuovi l'elemento filtrante, lavalo con solventi
per l'uso specifico reperibili presso Concessonari e
punti vendita ricambi e lascialo asciugare all'aria.
Applica quindi su tutta la superfice del filtro un olio
specifico oppure un olio denso. Prima di reinserire il
filtro nella scatola, elimina l'eccesso di olio strizzando
il filtro, che deve essere ben impregnato ma non
deve sgocciolare.
• Rimontare in modo corretto.
L'operazione deve essere effettuata esclusiva
mente presso Concessionari o Officine
Autorizzate Benelli.
CLEANING THE AIR FILTER
To avoid the risk of fire or explosion, never
use petrol or flammable solvents to clean
the cartridge contained in the filter box.
Check and clean, if necessary, the air filter (see mainte
nance table). If you often drive on dusty or wet roads,
clean it more frequently. To clean the sponge filter
follow the steps below:
• Unloose screws (1)
• Remove the filtering element, wash it in the specific
solvents that can be found at Benelli Dealers or points
of sale of spare parts, and let it dry. Then apply a specific
oil or a thick oil to the whole filter surface. Before refit
ting the filter in the box, remove any oil in excess by
squeezing the filter, that must be well impregnated
but should never drip.
• Refit in the right position.

or Authorized Workshops.
