5.5.- INFORMATION AND ALARM CODES
The codes for the alarms or certain situations can be seen on the display. The display is only cleared if the alarm conditions disappear
and the operator has pressed the RESET button. The codes are as follows:
A01 HIGH ENGINE TEMPERATURE ALARM
This code appears when the engine is running, when the temperature switch closes and the safety devices are activated.
In this case, the emergency switch is opened and the engine is stopped immediately.
A02 ENGINE OIL PRESSURE ALARM
Operation is the same as above, but in reference to the engine oil pressure.
A03 MECHANICAL FAULT ALARM
If, during operation of the generating set (the safety devices being active), the engine's speed of rotation drops below the 500 rpm
threshold and if the generating set voltage is outside of the set limits, the emergency switch is opened and the engine is stopped
immediately.
A04 BATTERY CHARGING ALTERNATOR ALARM
If, during operation of the generating set (the safety devices being active), there is no signal from the battery charging alternator (500
rpm) and the generating set flow is normal, the alarm appears and then starts the engine stop cycle.
A05 ENGINE OVERSPEED ALARM
This code appears when the engine is running (the safety devices being active), if the generating set voltage is above the maximum set
frequency, after the frequency alarm intervention delay. In this case, the emergency switch is opened and the engine is stopped
immediately.
A06 UNDERSPEED ALARM
This code appears when the engine is running (the safety devices being active), if the generating set voltage is below the minimum set
frequency, after the frequency alarm intervention delay. In this case, the emergency switch is opened and the engine is stopped
immediately.
A07 LOW GENERATOR VOLTAGE ALARM
This code appears when the engine is running (the safety devices being active), if the generating set voltage is below the minimum set
frequency.
In this case, the emergency switch is opened and the engine is stopped immediately.
A08 HIGH GENERATOR VOLTAGE ALARM
This code appears when the engine is running (the safety devices being active), and when the generating set voltage is above the
maximum set frequency. In this case, the emergency switch is opened and the engine is stopped immediately.
A09 LOW FUEL LEVEL ALARM
This code appears when the engine is running (the safety devices being active), when the fuel switch closes.
In this case, the emergency switch is opened and the engine is stopped immediately.
A10 GENERATOR OVERLOAD ALARM
This code appears when the engine is running (the safety devices being active), if the load current is > 50A after the over current alarm
intervention delay, when code A10 appears.
In this case, the emergency switch is opened and the engine is stopped immediately.
A11 LOW BATTERY VOLTAGE ALARM
This code appears when the battery voltage is below the minimum battery voltage set.
This alarm does not cause the generating set to stop.
A11 HIGH BATTERY VOLTAGE ALARM
This code appears when the battery voltage is above the maximum battery voltage set.
This alarm does not cause the generating set to stop.
A13 STARTING FAULT ALARM
This code appears when the engine has not succeeded in starting and when the number of attempts has reached 5.
E1 REMOTE STOP AUTHORISED
During a remote stop, if the STOP input is 1, the following alarm is active.
This alarm causes an immediate stop.
E2 EMERGENCY STOP
This code appears when the RESET button is pressed in AUTO mode or when the emergency stop button is pressed.
