10. Commissioning
k) Scratch Function
Press the button VINYL to activate the scratch function.
If you move the JOG wheel (2) during playback, you can scratch as you would with a record player. This describes
the rhythmic moving back and forth of a record on the turntable with the pick-up needle in place.
l) Switching off the Player
Interrupt playback by pressing the PLAY/PAUSE button
If required, press the OPEN/CLOSE button (24) of the respective drive and remove the CD.
First, switch off the amplifier and then the mixing desk, if connected.
Now switch off the player using the power switch (1).

11. Anti-shock Memory

The device is equipped with a digital anti-shock memory. This reduces the risk of interruptions during CD playback
when the device is subjected to vibrations.
The anti-shock memory is loaded automatically when the audio data is read from CD. The device needs a few
seconds until the memory is full to work optimally.
The memory stores up to 20 seconds of music. The anti-shock memory plays on the CD in case of blows that would
otherwise cause an interruption.
