Press MENU then use the

To change the time, date and alarm settings, select the "TIME" option, then repeat steps 1 to 7 of the "Date, time and
alarm setting" paragraph ("Start-up guide" section, p.5).
Note: In idle mode (date and time display), you can also press directly the ENTER key to change the time settings (the
time zone's city starts blinking).

The MT1500 is a 15-language translator with English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch,
Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Mandarin, Hungarian and Russian. For each language, 10,000 words are
available and 5,000 out of the 10,000 words can be spoken by the unit ("TALK" function).
Perform a translation
1. Press the DICT key to enter the "Dictionary" mode. The message "Enter a word:" will be displayed on screen.
2. Once the source and target languages have been selected, enter a word to translate. Index words will be displayed
simultaneously. You can continue to key in letters or use the
when it is displayed in a frame. Then, press ENTER to perform the translation.
3. The translation will be displayed in the selected target language. If the unit finds more than one translation for a
word, use the

keys to browse through all the possible translations.
