10. Assembly Instructions

Warning!
• Operate the product only with safety extra low voltage (SELV). Do not earth the
components.
• The power supply (not included in the scope of delivery, see accessories,
Chapter 17) must be set up outside of the wet area, in a separate room.
• Secure the electric connection with an earth leakage circuit breaker (RCD).
Failure to observe can mean risk of death or material damage, e. g. from electric
shock or fire.

The system line (to be provided by customer) for connecting the power supply to the
fittings must be installed in a conduit (to be supplied by customer) and looped
through.

Important!!

Before installing, flush the pipes in compliance with DIN 1988.
10.1 Remove the shell protection.
10.2 Close the water volume regulator with a hollow hexagon wrench.
X: closed

Important!
While turning the union nut (a), use an open-end spanner to hold the water volume
regulator (b) in place.
10.3 Remove the flush connector (c) and the existing seals.
10.4 Install new seals in the fitting (h).
10.5 Open the water volume regulator.
10.6 Check the water connections for leaks.
10.7 Mount the frame (e) horizontally.
10.8 If necessary, shorten the spacers (f) to fit between the front edge of the recessed
cabinet and the surface of the tiles.
10.9 Install the line connections between the electronic module, the solenoid valve unit
and the Piezo-button.
