EINSTELLUNGEN VOR DER ZÜNDUNG
(mit Gas)
Die Einstellung des Flammkopfs ist bereits auf
Seite 23 beschrieben worden.
Weitere Einstellungen sind:
- handbetätigte Ventile vor der Gasarmatur öff-
nen.
- Den Gas-Mindestdruckwächter auf den Ska-
lenanfangswert einstellen.
- Den Luft-Druckwächter auf den Skalenan-
fangswert einstellen.
- Die Luft aus der Gasleitung entlüften.
Es wird empfohlen, die abgelassene Luft über
einen Kunststoffschlauch ins Freie abzufüh-
ren, bis der Gasgeruch wahrnehmbar ist.
- Ein Manometer mit der Gasdruckentnahme-
stelle am Gas-Maximaldruckwächter verbin-
den.
Hiermit wird die ungefähre Brennerhöchstlei-
stung anhand der Tabellen auf Seite 36 ermit-
telt.
ANFAHREN DES BRENNERS
Die Fernsteuerungen einschalten und den
Schalter 1)(B) in Stellung "MAN" setzen.
Kontrollieren, daß an den an die Magnetventile
angeschlossenen Kontrollampen und Span-
nungsmessern, oder an den Kontrollampen auf
den Elektroventilen, keine Spannung anliegt.
Wenn Spannung vorhanden ist, sofort den
Brenner ausschalten und die Elektroanschlüsse
überprüfen.
ZÜNDUNG DES BRENNERS
Wenn alle vorab angeführten Anleitungen
beachtet worden sind, müßte der Brenner zün-
den. Wenn hingegen der Motor läuft, aber die
Flamme nicht erscheint und eine Geräte-Störab-
schaltung erfolgt, entriegeln und das Anfahren
wiederholen.
Sollte die Zündung immer noch nicht stattfinden,
könnte dies davon abhängen, daß das Gas
nicht innerhalb der vorbestimmten Zeit (Sicher-
heitszeit 3 s) den Flammkopf erreicht.
In diesem Fall den Gasanfahrdurchsatz erhö-
hen.
Das U-Rohr-Manometer (A) zeigt den Gasein-
tritt an der Muffe an.
Nach erfolgter Zündung den Brenner vollständig
einstellen.
BRENNEREINSTELLUNG
Für die optimale Einstellung des Brenners soll-
ten die Abgase am Kesselausgang analysiert
werden.
Nacheinander einstellen:
1 - Stellmotors
2 - Zündleistung
3 - Vor-Einstellungen
4 - Höchstleistung
5 - Mindestleistung
6 - Zwischenleistungen
7 - Luft-Druckwächter
8 - Gas-Höchstdruckwächter
9 - Gas-Minimaldruckwächter
ADJUSTMENTS BEFORE FIRST FIR-
ING (gas operation)
Adjustment of the combustion head has been
illustrated on page 23.
In addition, the following adjustments must also
be made:
- Open manual valves up-line from the gas train.
- Adjust the minimum gas pressure switch to the
start of the scale.
- Adjust the air pressure switch to the zero posi-
tion of the scale.
- Purge the air from the gas line.
Continue to purge the air (we recommend
using a plastic tube routed outside the build-
ing) until gas is smelt.
- Connect a manometer to the gas pressure test
point on the high-limit gas pressure switch.
The manometer readings are used to calculate
the maximum output using the table on page
36.
BURNER STARTING
Close the control devices and set switch 1)(B) to
"MAN".
Make sure that the lamps or testers connected
to the solenoids, or pilot lights on the solenoids
themselves, indicate that no voltage is present.
If voltage is present, then immediately stop the
burner and check electrical connections.
BURNER FIRING
Having completed the checks indicated in the
previous heading, the burner should fire. If the
motor starts but the flame does not appear and
the control box goes into lock-out, reset and wait
for a new firing attempt.
If firing is still not achieved, it may be that gas is
not reaching the combustion head within the
safety time period of 3 seconds.
In this case increase gas firing delivery.
The arrival of gas at the sleeve is indicated by
the U-type manometer (A).
Once the burner has fired, now proceed with
global calibration operations.
BURNER CALIBRATION
The optimum calibration of the burner requires
an analysis of the flue gases at the boiler outlet.
Adjust successively:
1 - Servomotor
2 - First firing output
3 - Preliminary calibrations (if required)
4 - Max. burner output
5 - Min. burner output
6 - Interm. outputs between Min. and Max.
7 - Air pressure switch
8 - Maximum gas pressure switch
9 - Minimum gas pressure switch

REGLAGES AVANT L'ALLUMAGE (avec
gaz)
Le réglage de la tête de combustion a déjà été
décrit page 23.
Les autres réglages à effectuer sont les sui-
vants:
- Ouvrir les vannes manuelles situées en amont
de la rampe du gaz.
- Régler le pressostat gaz seuil minimum en
début d'échelle.
- Régler le pressostat air en début d'échelle.
- Purger le conduit du gaz.
Il est conseillé d'évacuer l'air purgé en dehors
des locaux par un tuyau en plastique jusqu'à
ce que l'on sente l'odeur caractéristique du
gaz.
- Relier un manomètre sur la prise de pression
du gaz sur le pressostat gaz seuil maximum.
Il sert à mesurer approximativement la puis-
sance maximum du brûleur à l'aide de tableau
de la page 36.
DEMARRAGE BRULEUR
Fermer les télécommandes et placer l'interrup-
teur 1)(B) en position "MAN".
Vérifier que les ampoules ou les testeurs raccor-
dés aux électrovannes, ou les voyants sur les
électrovannes, indiquent une absence de ten-
sion. S'ils signalent une tension, arrêter immé-
diatement
le
brûleur
et
raccordements électriques.
ALLUMAGE BRULEUR
Après avoir effectué les opérations décrites au
point précédent, le brûleur devrait s'allumer. Si
le moteur démarre mais la flamme n'apparaît
pas et le boîtier de contrôle se bloque, réarmer
et faire une nouvelle tentative de démarrage.
Si l'allumage ne se fait pas, il se peut que le gaz
n'arrive pas à la tête de combustion dans le
temps de sécurité de 3 s.
Dans ce cas augmenter le débit du gaz à l'allu-
mage. L'arrivée du gaz au manchon est mise en
évidence par le manomètre en U (A).
Quand l'allumage est fait, passer au réglage
complet du brûleur.
REGLAGE BRULEUR
Pour obtenir un réglage optimal du brûleur, il
faut effectuer l'analyse des gaz d'échappement
de la combustion à la sortie de la chaudière.
Régler en succession:
1 - Servomoteur
2 - Puissance à l'allumage
3 - Eventuels réglages préliminaires
4 - Puissance maximum brûleur
5 - Puissance minimum brûleur
6 - Puissances intermédiaires entre les deux
7 - Pressostat air
8 - Pressostat seuil maximum du gaz
9 - Pressostat seuil minimum du gaz
