Do not use your saw for pocket cuts.
Switching on and off (Fig. A)
The trigger switch (1) of your power tool is equipped
with a locking button (2) for safety reasons.
1. Press the switched on locking button to unlock
the tool.
2. Press the trigger switch to start the tool. The
locking switch is automatically activated as
soon as the trigger switch is released to prevent
unintended starting of the machine.
WARNING!
Do not switch the tool on or off when the
saw blade is touching the workpiece or
other materials.
Do not operate the saw blade lock whilst
the tool is running.
Holding and guiding the power tool

Correct hand positions (Fig. O)
WARNING! Take note of the following in
order to avoid serious injuries: ALWAYS
Hold your hands correctly as shown.
WARNING! Hold the unit as follows in order
to avoid serious injuries: ALWAYS hold it
securely and be ready for a sudden reaction
The correct hand positions require one hand on
the front handle (3) and the other hand on the main
handle (29).
1. Hold the tool by the main and front handles (3)
to guide the saw properly.
NOTE: Clamp the workpiece bottom up for
optimum results.
2. Follow the line (16) drawn on the workpiece for
parallel cutting and the other (15) for cutting at
a 45° bevelled angle.
WARNING! Lay the mains cable ALWAYS
behind the power tool's path
Dust extraction (Fig. A)
WARNING! Risk of inhaling dust is always
present. To reduce the chance of a harmful
health injury, you should ALWAYS wear a
tested breathing mask.
Your power tool is fi tted with a dust extraction
outlet (5).
WARNING! When sawing wood you should
ALWAYS use a dust extractor, which has
been designed for use with the applicable
dust emission directives. Vacuum hoses
from the most common vacuum cleaners
will fi t in the dust extraction outlet.
Maintenance and cleaning
Your WÜRTH power tool has been designed for
long-term operation with minimum maintenance.
Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon
proper tool care and regular cleaning.
WARNING! To reduce the risk of injury,
turn unit off and disconnect machine
from power source before fi tting or re-
moving accessories, before changing or
re-adjusting the set up or before making
repairs. You must ensure that the trigger
switch is in the OFF position. An accidental
start-up can cause injuries.
WARNING! If the saw blade is worn it must
be replaced with a new sharp blade.
WARNING! Blow dirt and dust out of the
main housing with dry air whenever dirt
collects in and around the air vents. Always
wear approved eye protection and dust
masks when undertaking this procedure.
WARNING! Never use solvents or other
harsh chemicals for cleaning the non-
metallic parts of the tool. These chemicals
may weaken the materials used in these
parts. Only use a cloth dampened with
water and mild soap. You must ensure that
no liquid is allowed to seep into the power
tool. No part of the power tool must ever be
submerged in a liquid.

testing processes, then the repairs must be carried
out by a Würth Master Service workshop. You can
