• In this position the parts of the slide ring seal can be removed from
the shaft (2001).
• The slide rings and O-rings must be replaced in the case of
wear. The sliding surfaces of the slide and counter ring must be
clean.
Reassemble the dispersion tool in the reverse sequence.

Make certain that the O-ring (10) and the thrust collar (3004) ( Fig. 5) are
properly fitted during assembly.
Sterilization :
After cleaning the dispersion tools the method A) is suitable for this disper-
sion tool. The methods B) and C) must not be used otherwise the ball bea-
ring and seals will be destroyed.

Dispersion tool S 25 N - 8G

Overview (Fig. 4)
The bearing of the S 25 N - 8G shaft is designed as a slide bea-
ring. The slide bearing is made of PTFE.
The dispersion tool can be disassembled for cleaning as described
below:
• Unscrew the rotor (6) from the shaft (5) using the flat and
shaft key included in the tool set. The rotor is held fast by
means of the flat key and screwed off from above by turning
the shaft using the shaft key.
• Pull the shaft (5) out of the shaft tube in an upward direc-
tion.
• Take the grooved piston ring bearing (7) out of the shaft
tube. The grooved piston ring bearing (7) and the check plate
(8) must be replaced in the case of wear.
Reassemble the dispersion tool in the reverse sequence.
