Réglage du pignon moteur à la roue dentée
Dem Zahnflankenspiel wird häufig nicht genug
Beachtung beigemessen. Die falsche Einstellung
kann unnötige Reibung oder vorzeitigen Ver-
schleiß verursachen.
- Lösen Sie die Schrauben am Motor bzw.
Lagerbock der Zwischenwelle.
- Legen Sie einen alten Teilebeutel zwischen die
Zahnräder.
- Drücken Sie den Motor mit dem Ritzel bzw.
den Lagerbock mit dem Zwischenzahnrad ge-
gen das Hauptzahnrad und ziehen Sie dann
die Schrauben wieder an.
- Ziehen Sie den Teilebeutel heraus.

Vergessen Sie nicht Ihre Sicherheit:
Machen Sie diese Arbeiten ausschließlich auf dem
Flugplatz. Halten Sie einen Sicherheitsabstand
von wenigstens 3 m. Tragen Sie eine Schutzbril-
le.Warten Sie, bis der Rotor komplett still steht.
Sichern Sie das System gegen ungewollten Mo-
torstart. Entfernen Sie den Akku, wenn Sie am
Helikopter arbeiten.
Für sicheres Fliegen ist es unabdingbar, dass sich
beide Rotorblätter auf einer Drehebene bewegen.
Markieren Sie dazu ein Blatt am Ende mit einer
roten Klebefolie. Beurteilen Sie den Spurlauf, in-
dem Sie den Helikopter bis kurz vor Abheben be-
schleunigen und seitlich durch den Rotor peilen.
Sehen Sie zwei Drehebenen, ist eine Korrektur
notwendig. Sehen Sie die Drehebene mit der ro-
ten Markierung über der der anderen Drehebene,
verkürzen Sie die Mischhebel-Stange des Blattes
mit der Markierung.
Sehen Sie die Drehebene mit der roten Markie-
rung unter der anderen Drehebene, verlängern
Sie die Mischhebel-Stange des Blattes mit der
Markierung.
Prüfen Sie erneut und justieren Sie ggf. nach.

Often enough the proper gear mesh is neglected.
Wrong gear mesh may create unwanted friction and
premature gear wear.
- Loosen the motor mounting screws, respectively
on the pulley mount.
- Place an empty parts bag between the gears.
- Push the motor with the pinion against the main
gear and tighten the motor mounting screws.
- Remove the parts bag.
Do not forget your safety! Perform the following task
at the model airfield ONLY!
Keep a safety distance of at least 10 ft from the he-
licopter. Wear safety glasses (available at hardware
stores). Before approaching the helicopter wait until
the main and tail rotor blades stand still. Make sure
the motor cannot start inadvertently. Always discon-
nect or remove the battery when working on the he-
licopter. It is essential for safe flying, that both rotor
blades move on one and the same track. Mark one
blade at its tip with a colored self adhesive tape. Start
the helicopter and accelerate the main blades just be-
fore take-off.
Check the blade tracking by locking at the rotating
blades at rotor disc level (keep your distance!). If you
see two blade levels corrections will be necessary. If
you see the rotor disc with the colored blade tip above
the non-colored, you will have to shorten the mixing
lever pushrod # 67531 for the color marked blade.
If the colored blade runs on the lower rotor disc, ex-
tend the pushrod for the color marked blade. Adjust
the length by turning the ball connectors more in or
out.
Check the blade tracking again and if necessary
make further adjustments.

L'écartement de ces deux pièces est très impor-
tant et est souvent omis. Son mauvais ajuste-
ment peut provoquer des frottements inutiles, ou
une usure prématurée des dents.
- Desserrer les vis du moteur
- Positionnez un morceau de carton fin entre
- Pressez le pignon contre la roue dentée
- Resserrez les vis du moteur
Pensez toujours à votre propre sécurité:
effectuez les essais suivant sur votre terrain, et tenez
vous à au moins 3 mètre de votre appareil. Portez
une paire de lunettes de protection. Assurez-vous
que le rotor est complètement arrêté, et qu'il ne se
mette pas en rotation sans votre ordre. Débranchez
toujours votre accu lors de toute intervention directe
sur votre modèle.
Pour un vol sans soucis, il est indispensable que les
deux pales se déplacent sur le même plan horizontal.
Pour s'assurer de ce bon réglage placer un adhésif
de couleur en bout d'une des pales. Poussez les gaz
jusqu'à la limite du décollage, et vérifiez le plan hori-
zontal de rotation des deux pales.
Si vous observez une différence de plan, une correc-
tion s'impose. Si la pale marquée à l'adhésif passe
par-dessus la seconde, raccourcissez la tige de com-
mande actionnant le pas de cette pale. A l'inverse,
si la pale marquée passe en dessous, augmentez la
longueur de la tige de commande de pas de la pale
marquée.
