ASSEMBLY
WET/DRY VAC ASSEMBLY (Fig. 4)
1. To Attach the Powerhead Assembly to Dust Drum:
Place Powerhead Assembly (A) on top of Dust Drum
(B) with the Extended Lip of the Lid aligned with the Vac
Inlet Port. Be sure Powerhead Assembly is fully seated
on the Dust Drum.
2. Press in on the Two Latches, located on either side of
the Dust Drum (B) until they snap into place, securing
the Powerhead Assembly to the Dust Drum.
3. To Remove the Powerhead Assembly: Pull out on the
Two Latches and lift Powerhead Assembly (A) from the
Dust Drum (B). Do not force the Latches to rotate more
than slightly outside Drum flange.

CARRY HANDLE / POWER CORD WRAP
ASSEMBLY (Fig. 5)
1. Locate the Carry Handle / Power Cord Wrap (D) and
Two #10 x 3/4" (19 mm) Pan Head Screws (E) in loose
parts bag.
2. Position the Carry Handle / Power Cord Wrap (D) on top
of the Powerhead Assembly (A), with the Carry Handle
/ Power Cord Wrap Extended Flange to the rear of the
Powerhead Assembly, as shown.
3. Insert a #10 x 3/4" (19 mm) Pan Head Screw (E)
through the Hole at each end of the Carry Handle
/ Power Cord Wrap (D) and into the Powerhead
Assembly (A). Tighten securely.

HOSE STORAGE CLIP ASSEMBLY (Fig. 6)
1. Locate the Two Hose Storage Clips (F) and Four
#10 x 3/4" (19 mm) Pan Head Screws (E) in the
loose parts bag.
2. Place a Hose Storage Clip (F) into the Powerhead
Assembly (A) recess next to one of the Latches.
The Curve of the Clip should face outward.

3. Insert a #10 x 3/4" (19 mm) Pan Head Screw (E)
into each mounting hole and tighten securely.
Repeat on the other side.

ATTACHING AND REMOVING VACUUM HOSE
(Fig. 7)
1. To Insert Hose: Locate the end of the Tug-A-Long
Positive Locking Hose with Dual-Flex (K) and align
Extended
the Hose Locking Tab with the Drum Vac Inlet
Lip
Ridges. Push the Hose cuff straight into the Vac
Inlet Port until the Hose Locking Tab fully engages
the Inlet Ridges.

2. To Remove Hose: Rotate the end of the
Inlet
Port
Tug-A-Long Positive Locking Hose with Dual-Flex
(K) in either direction to release the Hose Locking
Tab from the Drum Vac Inlet Ridges. You may also
press the Hose Locking Tab and pull the Hose end
straight out of the Vac Inlet Port.
