CONTROLS AND MAINTENANCE

The SPOT LIFT does not necessitate any special maintenance. A simple periodic visual control is recommended
in order to prevent any breakdown or failure during use. All the controls must be performed with the pneumatic
supply disconnected and with the fork in low position.
Control regularly the good state of the hydraulic flexible and the connectors. Control regularly the oil level in the
hydro pneumatic pump. Check the oil level with the pump at rest, and with the lifting accessories in low
position.

Change the hydraulic oil every 12 months, or more often depending on how intensively the product is used.
LUBRILOG L HV22 oil must be used (GYS reference 053397, 1 litre bottle). 2.5 litres are necessary to replace the
totality of the oil inside the pump. Always use a funnel with a filter to fill the oil in the pump in order to avoid
introducing impurities in the tank, which could compromise the lifetime of the pump.
The used oil should be eliminated following relevant regulations.
Clean the exhaust silencer of the pump every 6 months, by blowing it with compressed air. Change it if
necessary.
Lubricate the chain every 6 months, or more often depending on how intensively the product is used.
Clean the SPOT LIFT at least once a week in order to eliminate all the dust and dirt which could alter the
function of the product on the long term. Use auto cleaning cloths. Do not use any water nor inflammable or
corrosive liquids.
