TROUBLESHOOTING

The table below indicates the issues that can be observed during the use of the product. If the problem
observed does not appear in the table below, stop using the product and call immediately your distributor in
order to know the procedure to follow.
SYMPTOMS
The product stops during the
lifting.
The commands are triggered,
but the crick does not lift.
The crick lift lowers by itself.
Pump oil leakage.
Flexible oil leakage.
Connectors oil leakage.
In case of breakdown of the hydro pneumatic pump, it is dangerous to replace it by another
pump than the one provided originally with the product. The use of another pump than the one
provided originally can cause severe accidents, and/or damage the product. The repair of the hydro
pneumatic pump and the cylinder can only be performed by GYS After Sales Service personnel.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The warranty covers any defect or production fault occurring during a period of 1 year, starting from the date of
purchase. The warranty does not cover failures due to misuse of the product, drop, or dismantling; it does not
cover either damage during transport. The warranty does not cover normal weariness of the parts. Only the
spare parts provided by GYS should be used to perform repairs on the SPOT LIFT.
The characteristics of maximum load appear on the labels sticked on the product. The user should not take off
or degrade these labels; they should be kept clean so as to be readable. The warranty will be void if these labels
are falsified.

CAUSES
There are foreign bodies inside
the crick lift column.
Excessive load.
Blocked exhaust silencer.
Insufficient input air supply.
Relief valve of the pump is
blocked by dirt.
Wear of the trim water tightness.
Used or slit flexible.
Used or defective connector.
SOLUTIONS
Lower the load, disconnect the
pneumatic supply and take out the
foreign bodies from the column.
Check the weight of the vehicle and
respect the recommendations of the
manufacturer.
Clean or change the silencer.
Check that the input air supply lies
between 8 to 10 bar.
Call your distributor before
proceeding to any repair.
