GENERAL NOTES

WARNING:
• In case of belted installation, make sure the straps holding the car seat
to the vehicle are tight.
• In case a car seat base with support leg is used, the support leg
should be in contact with the vehicle floor.
• After putting the child in the car seat, ensure that any straps (such
as the harness) are sufficiently tight by pulling the webbing and are
adjusted to the child's body. Before every use, make sure the straps
(e.g. of the harness or the belt) are not damaged or twisted.
• The rigid parts and the plastic sections of an Enhanced Child Restraint
Systems device should be positioned and installed in such a way that
they cannot, under normal conditions of use of the vehicle, become
trapped under a moving seat or in the vehicle door.
• Always fasten the Child Restraint System even when the child is not
sitting in it.
• The user must always check that any luggage and other objects likely
to cause injury to the occupant of the car seat in the case of impact
are properly secured.
• Never place heavy objects on the rear parcel shelf, to avoid the danger
of projectiles in the event of an accident.
• Do not use the Enhanced Child Restraint Systems device without
the cover.
• Do not replace the seat cover with a cover other than that recommen-
ded by the manufacturer, because it will have a direct effect on the
functioning of the Enhanced Child Restraint Systems.
• Folding seats must always be locked in place.

AVVISI GENERALI

AVVERTENZA:
• Per il montaggio con le cinture di sicurezza, prestare attenzione che le
cinture con cui il seggiolino è fissato nella vettura siano ben tese.
• Se la base del seggiolino auto viene usata con piede di supporto,
quest'ultimo dovrebbe essere a contatto con il pianale della vettura.
• Prestare attenzione dopo aver adagiato il bambino nel seggiolino auto
che tutte le cinture (come la cintura di sicurezza) siano sufficiente-
mente tese e aderiscano al corpo del bambino. Per controllare tirare
le cinture. Accertarsi prima dell'uso che le cinture (ad es. la cintura di
sicurezza) non siano danneggiate né attorcigliate.
• I componenti rigidi del seggiolino auto e quelli di plastica devono
essere posizionati o fissati in modo che in normali condizioni d'uso
della vettura non possano incastrarsi sotto il seggiolino auto o nella
porta della vettura.
• Fissare sempre il sistema di ritenuta per bambini anche se il bambino
non è seduto in esso.
• Prestare attenzione che bagagli e altri oggetti che in caso di incidente
potrebbero ferire gli occupanti siano stivati in modo sicuro.
• Non depositare mai oggetti pesanti sulla cappelliera per evitare che
questi in caso di incidente vengano scagliati in avanti.
• Non usare il seggiolino auto senza rivestimento.
• Non sostituire mai il rivestimento con un prodotto non consigliato dal
produttore, esso rappresenta un importante componente di sicurezza
del seggiolino.
• I sedili ribaltabili devono essere sempre fissati / bloccati di conse-
guenza.
