7 Fitting Advice

The instructions in this section are for practitioner use only.
Alignment
Avoid extremes of alignment, position as close to the build line as practical.
Cutting to Length
Ensure that the device is cut square to surface of the tube cutter and remove sharp edges.

Symptom
A recurring noise at the adapter/tube clamp
interface.
The device moves out of position.
Solution
The bolt must be tightened to the torque
ratings specified in this document. Apply
Loctite.
Confirm the security of the alignment screws
and tube clamp.
Ensure that the tube has been cut square and
is fully inserted into the clamp.
User must not use the device until adjusted,
repaired or replaced.
