Set the temperature adjustment knob to the desired temperature. The green
operation diode will light up. When the set temperature is reached, the green diode
goes out. When the temperature in the container falls, the adjustment device shall
switch the green diode on again.

The device is ready to maintain food temperature.
•
The corresponding standr GN (1/1) should be placed in the device container and
filled with the desired, warm food.
WARNING! Risk of burns!
Make sure that the liquid does not ooze out during food warming! In order to avoid
burns, do not overfill the container!
•
If an interruption in device use is to take place, turn it off using the ON/OFF switch
and disconnect from the wall socket (pull the plug!).
•
Drain the water from the container using the drainage valve.
WARNING! Risk of burns!
Before draining the water away, wait until cools down!
•
The device is equipped with an overheat protection function. If the device is
accidentally switched on without water or with a low water level in the container,
the protection device will be actuated to switch the device off. Before draining the
water away from the container using the drainage valve, wait until the device
cools down. Through the opening in the bottom plate, press the RESET button
(using an insulated bolt, i. e. a single-pole voltage probe or insulated screwdriver).
An audible 'click' must take place. The device is ready to work again.

6. Cleaning and maintenance

6.1 Safety advice

o Before beginning with repair or cleaning works make sure the device has been
disconnected from power supply and has cooled down.
o Do not use any acid agents and make sure no water ingresses the device.
o To protect yourself from electric shock, never immerse the device, its cables and
the plug in water or other liquids.
CAUTION!
The device is not suited for direct washing via water jets.
Therefore, you must not use any kind of pressure water jet for cleaning the device!
