Fitting the Harness

Shoulder strap
*
: Put on the shoulder strap (1).
: Adjust length until the springhook
(3) is at about the height of your
right hip with the unit attached.

Balancing the Brushcutter

: Attach the spring hook (1) to the
clamp (2) on the drive tube.
: Loosen the screw (3).
: Slide the clamp up or down the drive
tube.
: Tighten the screw moderately.

Cutting tools
: Let go of the brushcutter and check
to see how it is balanced –
Cuttting tool should just touch the
ground.
: Slide the clamp up or down the drive
tube as necessary.
: Tighten the screw firmly
Disconnecting brushcutter from
harness
: Press down bar on spring hook.
: Pull clamp out of the spring hook.
