7. Garantie

Wir leisten 3 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum für Material- und Fabrikationsfehler des Produktes.
Die Garantie gilt nicht:
– Im Falle von Schäden, die auf unsachgemäßer Bedienung beruhen.
– Für Verschleissteile.
– Für Mängel, die dem Kunden bereits bei Kauf bekannt waren.
– Bei Eigenverschulden des Kunden.
Die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungen des Kunden bleiben durch die Garantie unberührt. Für
Geltendmachung eines Garantiefalles innerhalb der Garantiezeit ist durch den Kunden der
Nachweis des Kaufes zu führen. Die Garantie ist innerhalb eines Zeitraumes von 3 Jahren ab
Kaufdatum gegenüber der Beurer GmbH, Söflinger Straße 218, 89077 Ulm, Germany, geltend zu
machen. Der Kunde hat im Garantiefall das Recht zur Reparatur der Ware bei unseren eigenen
oder bei von uns autorisierten Werkstätten. Das Gerät aus keinem Grund öffnen – im Falle von
Öffnung oder Veränderung erlischt der Garantieanspruch.
Weitergehende Rechte werden dem Kunden (aufgrund der Garantie) nicht eingeräumt.

1. Important notes
Read through these instructions for use carefully before first use. Keep
them to hand for later use and ensure that they are accessible to other
users.
ATTeNTION:
During use, considerable heat may be experienced on the skin.
– During treatment, check the results regularly. This applies particularly in the case of diabetics,
since they are less sensitive to pain and more susceptible to injury. The three attachments
supplied with the base unit MP 60 are basically suitable for diabetics. Nevertheless, do not use
high speed and work particularly carefully. Ask your doctor in case of doubt and when using
other attachments in the upgrade set.
– This instrument must be used only for the purpose for which it has been developed, and in the
manner described in the instructions for use. Any improper use can be dangerous.
– In case of prolonged intensive use (e.g. milling of dead skin from your feet) the device might
get very hot. In order to prevent skin burns in these situations, there should be longer breaks
between each application. For your own safety, constantly monitor heat build up in the device.
This particularly applies to people who are insensitive to heat.
– The device is only for private use and is not intended for medical or commercial purposes.
– The manager is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper or incorrect use.
– Ensure before use that there is no visible damage to the instrument and accessories. In the event
of doubt, do not use them and contact your dealer or the customer service address stated.
