7. Only place the motor fi lter back in the motor fi lter bracket once it has dried completely!
8. Put the motor fi lter bracket back in the dust bin compartment. Make sure that you
insert the motor fi lter bracket so that it is correctly in place. The small handle on the
motor fi lter bracket must be facing up once it is inserted.
9. Close the dust bin compartment by folding the cover shut. It must audibly lock into place.
Cleaning the exhaust air fi lter
2. Take the fi lter out of the exhaust air fi lter compartment.
3. Beat the fi lter out over a garbage bin. If necessary, clean it with a soft brush. ATTEN-
TION: Do not clean the fi lter with water or other liquids.
4. Put the fi lter back in the exhaust air fi lter compartment.
5. Put the fi lter compartment cover back on the exhaust air fi lter compartment. The
cover must audibly lock into place.
Cleaning the housing
If needed, clean the housing with a damp, soft cloth.
Cleaning the universal fl oor nozzle, cushion nozzle and tile and brush
nozzle
Regularly remove hair and lint from the nozzles; if necessary, use a soft, damp cloth to
clean the nozzles.

2. Pull the dust bin out of the bracket and dispose of it in an
environmentally-friendly manner.
3. Insert a new dust bin in the dust bin holder so that the
arrow on the dust bin is pointing down.
4. The motor fi lter is located in the dust bin compartment (see
arrow).
5. Pull the motor fi lter bracket up and out and remove the
fl eece fi lter.
6. Beat the motor fi lter out and if necessary, clean it with luke-
warm water and a mild cleaner. ATTENTION: Do not in
any case clean the fi lter in the washing machine or dish-
washer! Then pour out any leftover water and let the fi lter
air dry completely.
1. Push the latch for the exhaust air fi lter compartment to the
right and take the cover off of the device.
