Servicing and care
During the first few weeks after commissioning, the system should be checked frequently for the following points:
· Sufficient dosage rate on the bearing - grease collar (depending on bearing model and operating conditions)
· Check piping (lubricating points, detached hoses, leakage)
· All components of the BEKA-MAX system are maintenance-free, except the pumping element (when using copper
paste).
It
ha to be changed after 1000 operating hours.

· Cleaning in washing plants or using a steam-jet cleaning unit is admissible.

The hydraulic lubrication pump BEKA HAMAX System 2 operates automatically. Nevertheless
it has to be checked regularly, wether the pump delivers lubricant.
This prevents the lubricated bearing points from being damages when the pump fails.
