Functional description

The hydraulic pump BEKA HAMAX System 2 is connected to the hydraulic system of the carrier unit via the pressure pipe P
(Fig. 4). To this effect, the hydraulic oil is routed via a filter with
continuous drive. The hydraulic oil is returned to the hydraulic circuit via the return line R. To enable regulation of the hydraulic
motor's speed and thus the stroke rate of the delivery plunger or the delivery flow, the oil throughput can be adjusted via a
throttle. The hydraulic motor drives a worm shaft, item 5 (Fig. 4), which transmits the revolutions to the eccentric unit, item 4
(Fig. 4). Eccentricity gives rise to the suction and delivery stroke of the delivery plunger of
4). An integrated non-return valve, item 2 (Fig. 4) prevents the pumping medium from being sucked back. Via the pressure
channel D, the lubricant is supplied to the various outlets which are either open or closed, depending on their installation
location or position. Various cartridge types, item 1 (Fig. 4) are used as storage reservoir for the lubricant. The pressure
limiting valve installed is preset to 280 bar.
