Expansion options

Casters LR option
The casters (Figure J/No.28) are an ideal option in
order to be able to quickly and flexibly transport the
drum pump from one place to another.
DANGER
Only move in the retracted state
and solely on level surfaces.
Feet SF option
The feet (Figure J/No.29) provide an excellent trans-
port option using a lift truck.

Connection block with bleeder AB
Displays the outlet pressure and provides a simple
bleeding method (Figure L/No.31).
Connection block with material pressure
release DG
The system pressure is relieved automatically every
time the pump is stopped. The excess lubricant is
routed back underneath the follower plate through a
separate line. The system pressure can be checked
at any time on the integrated pressure gauge. In
addition, the pump can also be bled efficiently with
the integrated ball valve (Figure L/No.32) following a
container changeover.
Audible empty signal L
Audible signal when the grease is used up and the
pump has stopped. The signal is silenced by pressing
the alarm button (Figure I/No.27).
Container refill signal G
The refill signal triggers an audible signal to notify the
operator that the fill level is low before the pump is
stopped. The signal is silenced by pressing the alarm
button
(Figure I/No.27). The refill signal G is only available in
conjunction with the audible empty signal L.

Idling and Disposal

When de-commissioning/idling the product, please
heed the following points:
• Switch off the main switch (if any)
• Unplug the main power plug from the main supply
(if any)
• The system must be depressurised.
• The medium must be removed and properly
disposed of.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARD
The various materials /liquids must
be properly and separately handled
and disposed of in compliance with
the applicable national ordinances.
Lubricants are considered
hazardous waste.
