PREPARAZIONE DELLA MACCHINA PER LA
DISTRIBUZIONE DI PRODOTTI IN POLVERE
Kit per distribuzione polveri OPZIONALE (Fig.76):
1. Gruppo dosatore
2. Leva di comando
3. Cavo antistatico completo di catenella
PREPARAZIONE
- Inserire il tubo (A, Fig.77) nel supporto (B). Quindi
fissare il supporto (B) al dispositivo agitatore polveri
(D) tramite le tre viti (C).
- Svitare i due pomelli (E, Fig.78) per disimpegnare
il serbatoio e poterlo togliere. I due pomelli (E)
dovranno essere riutilizzati per fissare il serbatoio sul
supporto per polveri.
- Togliere il serbatoio (F, Fig.79) ed il convogliatore (G).
- Svitare le sei viti (H, Fig.80) per smontare il supporto
serbatoio liquidi (L).
- Togliere dal gruppo serbatoio il filtro (M, Fig.81) ed il
tubo (N) smontando la fascetta (P, Fig.79).
- Smontare la pompa booster (P, Fig. 82), svitando le
tre viti (R). Staccare i tre tubi togliendo le tre fascette
(S).
ATTENZIONE! – Non utilizzare la pompa booster
per distribuire prodotti in polvere. Potrebbe
danneggiarsi gravemente.
- Smontare il diffusore (T, Fig.83) e il tubo (U), togliendo
la fascetta (V).

ADAPTING THE MACHINE
FOR DUSTING OPERATION
OPTIONAL dusting kit (Fig. 76):
1. Metering unit
2. Trigger
3. Antistatic cable complete with chain
PREPARATION
- Insert the tube (A, Fig.77) into the mounting (B). Now
secure the mounting (B) to the agitator (D) with the
three screws (C).
- Unscrew the two knobs (E, Fig.78) to release the tank
so that it can be removed. The two knobs (E) must
be reused to secure the powder tank to the bracket
when dusting.
- Remove the tank (F, Fig.79) and the duct (G).
- Undo the six screws (H, Fig.80) to detach the bracket
supporting the tank (L).
- Remove the filter (M, Fig.81) from the tank assembly;
undo the clip (P, Fig.79) and remove the hose (N).
- Detach the booster pump (P, Fig. 82), undoing the
three screws (R). Remove the three clips (S) and
detach the three hoses.
WARNING! – Do not use the booster pump for
dusting. Serious damage could be caused.
- Remove the diffuser (T, Fig.83) and the hose (U),
removing the clip (V).

PRÉPARATION
- Introduire le tuyau (A, Fig.77) dans le support (B).
Fixer le support (B) sur le dispositif agitateur de
produits en poudre (D) à l'aide de les trois vis (C).
- Dévisser les deux pommeaux (E, Fig.78) pour dégager
le réservoir; déposer ce dernier. Les deux pommeaux
(E) devront être réutilisés pour fixer le réservoir sur le
support des produits en poudre.
- Déposer le réservoir (F, Fig.79) et le convoyeur (G).
- Desserrer les six vis (H, Fig.80) pour démonter le
support du réservoir à produits liquides (L).
- Déposer le filtre (M, Fig.81) et le tuyau (N) du réservoir
en démontant le collier (P, Fig.79).
- Démonter la pompe booster (P, Fig. 82) en desserrant
les trois vis (R). Déposer les trois tuyaux après avoir
retiré les trois colliers (S).
ATTENTION! – Ne pas utiliser la pompe booster
pour distribuer des produits en poudre. Ceci
pourrait l'endommager sérieusement.
- Démonter le diffuseur (T, Fig.83) et le tuyau (U) en
ôtant le collier (V).
