3. Fitting flat grinding/cutting disc:
Place the grinding/cutting disc with the label
side towards the product on the backing
flange .

4. Fitting depressed centre grinding/cutting disc:
Place the grinding/cutting disc with the
recessed side towards the locking flange.
NOTE
If the disc does not turn smoothly or vibrates
u
after the change, the disc must be replaced
immediately.
For safety's sake run the product at maximum
o
speed for 60 seconds after every disc change.
Be aware of unusual noises and sparks.
Check whether all the fastening elements are
o
correctly fitted.
Make sure that the arrow showing the direction
o
of rotation (if any) on the cutting or grinding
discs (including diamond cutting discs) and
the direction of rotation of the product (arrow
showing the direction of rotation on the
product) match.

Check the attached tool before use. The tool
– must be properly installed

– should have no cracks
– may not be damp
Carry out a 60 second test run. Do not use
non-circular or vibrating tools. Be aware of
unusual noises and sparks. After the test run,
check whether all the fastening elements are
correctly installed.
NOTE
Always switch on the angle grinder before

making contact with the material, then apply
it to the workpiece.

1. Push and hold the trigger lock
mounting spindle.
2. Press down the ON/OFF switch
