you can adjust the time. Press START to start the chosen program. The program is split in 10 sections.
Each section is 10% of the set running time. When the program enters a new section, the device will
make a sound signal and the speed and incline will be adjusted to the speed and incline of the new
section. Use SPEED+/SPEED or INCLINE+/INCLINE to adjust the speed and incline. When the program
enters a new section, the speed and incline will be changed to the pre set speed and incline. When the
program is finished, you will hear 10 sound signals and the treadmill will slow down after 5 seconds until
complete stand still.
Each program is split in 10 sections, the time of each section depends on the set running time. Each
section is 10% of the chosen running time, and each section has a pre set speed and incline.

User programs U1, U2 and U3
Besides the 12 pre set programs, there are also 3 user programs: U1, U2 and U3. Press PROGRAM until it
shows the user programs (U1 to U3), and press MODE. It is necessary to input settings for the speed and
incline first. Start with the first section. Set the speed with the buttons SPEED+ and SPEED . Set the
incline with the buttons INCLINE+ and INCLINE . Use MODE to complete the first section and enter the
second section. Insert all ten sections. The data will be saved, you can make use of this program when
using your treadmill the next time.
