Note: the treadmill will only work if the safety key is properly locked in the designated slot on the

computer.

Power save function
This device is equipped with power save function. If the device is not operated for 10 minutes, the
power save function will switch on. The display will no longer show your data. You can press any button
to restart the display.
COMPUTER
Displays
SPEED: shows the program (P1 to P12) and the speed (1,0 – 16 km/h).
TIME: shows running time (0:00 – 99:59). As soon as time has reached 99:59, the treadmill will slowly
stop and the display shows 'END'. When you have made a time setting, the treadmill will count down to
0:00. After reaching 0:00, the treadmill will stop slowly and the display shows 'END'.
INC./PULSE: shows the incline and pulse. The default show is incline (1 – 12%). When holding the hand
pulse with both hands for more than 5 seconds, the display will show the heartbeat frequency (50 – 200
heartbeats per minute).
DIST/CAL: shows the distance (0 – 99,9) and the calories (0 – 999). Display switches every 5 seconds.
When the distance has reached 99,9, the display will count from 0 again. When you have made a
distance setting, the treadmill will count down to 0. After reaching 0, the treadmill will stop slowly and
the display shows 'END'. When the calories have reached 999, the display will count from 0 again. When
you have made a calories setting, the treadmill will count down to 0. After reaching 0, the treadmill will
stop slowly and the display shows 'END'.
Buttons
PROGRAM: when in standby mode, this button is for choosing a program: 0,0 (manual program), P1 to
P12 (pre set programs), FAT (body fat program).
