Unfolding the treadmill
Support area A with your hand. Release the tension from the cylinder (12) on area B by sliding the two
tubes into each other. Then move the main frame down in the direction of the arrow, the main frame
will come down automatically.
Turning on the treadmill
Make sure that the treadmill is correctly connected to a power source. The on/off switch is located
directly beside the cord outlet of the appliance. Turn it ON and it will be lit.
Testing
1. Put the safety key in the slot on the computer console.
2. Put the plug in the wall socket.
3. Press the on/off button and press START, the treadmill will start running at low speed, observe if the
machine functions properly.
4. Press the buttons SPEED+ and SPEED– to see if the speed adjustment is functioning well.
5. Press the buttons INCLINE+ and INCLINE– to see if the incline adjustment is functioning well.
6. Press STOP, the treadmill will stop. Turn the on/off switch OFF and pull out the plug.
Points of attention
1. When using the treadmill for the first time, please start at slow speed, and raise the speed gradually.
2. Your pace should match the speed of the belt. Never try to increase the speed of the belt by
increasing the speed of your pace as this may damage the belt.
3. Do not use the safety key as a stop button, otherwise the treadmill may be damaged. Use the safety
key only in case of emergency.
4. The running speed and exercise time depend on the fitness of the individual.
5. When the mains cord is damaged, please contact our service department.
6. Do not allow children, pregnant women or physically challenged individuals to use the device.
7. The hand pulse sensor cannot be used as a medical instrument.
Safety key
Insert the safety key and attach the clip onto waist part of your clothes. In case of trouble, where it is
necessary to turn off the motor immediately, simply pull the safety key from the console by pulling the
rope. The displays will show no data anymore, and you will hear a sound. Attach the safety lock again,
the treadmill will be at the beginning of the program.
