13 - IC Regulations (Industry Canada)

The OEM integrators are responsible for ensuring that the end-user has no manual instructions
to remove or install module.
This equipment complies with RSS102's radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled
environment under the following conditions:
1. This equipment should be installed and operated such that a minimum separation
distance of 20cm is maintained between the radiator (antenna) and user's/nearby
person's body at all times.
2. This transceiver must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other
antenna or transmitter.
This radio transmitter (IC: 3393A-SB) has been approved by Industry Canada to operate with
the antenna types listed below with the maximum permissible gain indicated. Antenna types
not included in this list, having a gain greater than the maximum gain indicated for that type,
are strictly prohibited for use with this device.
This device complies with Industry Canada's licence-exempt RSSs.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
1. This device may not cause harmful interference
2. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation of the device.
