4. Place the new collet into the spindle and using the
wrench (32) to hold the spindle (27) in place, and
use the other wrench 19 (33) to screw the collet nut
(30) back onto the spindle (27).
MAINTENANCE
1. Make sure the throttle lever is in the OFF position
and the air source is removed from the tool before
performing any inspection, maintenance,
or cleaning.
2. Before each use: Check the general condition of the
tool. Check for misalignment or binding of moving
parts, cracked or broken parts, damaged hoses, and
any other conditions that may affect the safe
operation of the tool. If abnormal noise or vibration
occurs, have the problem corrected before further
use. Do not use damaged equipment.
3. Daily maintenance: Use a soft, dry cloth to remove
all dirt, grease, and debris from the exterior of the
tool. Do not use solvents to clean the tool.
4. When servicing, use only identical replacement
parts. Use accessories that are only intended for
use with this tool. Replace damaged
parts immediately.
5. If repairs are required, bring your tool to an
authorized service center.
